Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped or diced chili pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 2 fl oz lemon juice
  • 1 fl oz lime juice

Directions

  • Chop garlic, cilantro, onion and pepper.
  • Scoop tomatoes from can with fork (save juice for another use).
  • Mix all ingredients together (except salt) and then add salt to taste.
  • Enjoy with Melba toasts or something similar.
  • Note: substitute cilantro from basil and you've got bruschetta.
