  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 15 drops sweetener liquid
  • 5 tsps brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup oat flour

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray an 8 X 8 inch dish with non-stick spray.
  • In medium bowl combine all dry ingredients.
  • In separate bowl combine all wet ingredients.
  • Combine both mixtures together.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
