- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsps ground flaxseeds
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate
- 2 1/2 oz goats milk
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tsps canola oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 large egg yolk
- 1 oz sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
Directions
- Combine all the elements.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the top becomes brownish.
- Note: add some stevia extract if you want a sweeter taste.
