  • 2 tbsps ground flaxseeds
  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate
  • 2 1/2 oz goats milk
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tsps canola oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 large egg yolk
  • 1 oz sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

Directions

  • Combine all the elements.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the top becomes brownish.
  • Note: add some stevia extract if you want a sweeter taste.
