  • 1/4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1 packet sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

Directions

  • Melt butter in a coffee cup.
  • Add the dry ingredients, coconut flour, almond flour, sweetener, baking powder and coconut flakes. Mix well.
  • Add the egg and mix well.
  • Microwave for 70 seconds. Add butter to taste.
  • Note: slice into thirds and then toast if you find them to moist.
