- 1/4 tbsp chia seeds
- 8 g shelled pistachios
- 1 baby banana
- 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats - gluten free
- 1 tsp natural cane turbinado sugar
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flake
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup 2% fat milk
Directions
- Cook oats in water and milk for 5 minutes.
- Stir in sugar and coconut flakes as well. Continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
- Place in a bowl and top with chopped banana, pistachios, chia seeds.
