Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 2% fat milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flake
  • 1 tsp natural cane turbinado sugar
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats - gluten free
  • 1 baby banana
  • 8 g shelled pistachios
  • 1/4 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

  • Cook oats in water and milk for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in sugar and coconut flakes as well. Continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
  • Place in a bowl and top with chopped banana, pistachios, chia seeds.
