- 1/2 cup almond meal flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsps unsweetened shredded coconut
- 4 1/2 oz egg whites
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz unsweetened applesauce
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients then stir in wet ingredients.
- Make a thick paste and drop by spoonful's onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten to rounds with greased cup.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 15-20 minutes.
