Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond meal flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsps unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 4 1/2 oz egg whites
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Directions

  • Mix all dry ingredients then stir in wet ingredients.
  • Make a thick paste and drop by spoonful's onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten to rounds with greased cup.
  • Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 15-20 minutes.
