Ingredients
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 1/2 tsps stevia blend
- 2 lbs farmer's cheese
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix cheese, eggs and sweetener and add dry ingredients.
- Bake 350 °F (175 °C) for 40 minutes.
