Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 wedge yields lemon juice
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsps mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped or diced cooked chicken breast
Directions
- Cook chicken breast in non-stick skillet with olive oil until chicken is fully cooked about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove chicken from pan and allow to cool.
- In a medium bowl add chicken and all other ingredients, mixing well.
- Refrigerate until cold enough to eat.
