  • 1 cup chopped or diced cooked chicken breast
  • 3 tbsps mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 wedge yields lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions

  • Cook chicken breast in non-stick skillet with olive oil until chicken is fully cooked about 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from pan and allow to cool.
  • In a medium bowl add chicken and all other ingredients, mixing well.
  • Refrigerate until cold enough to eat.
