- 2 large cucumbers
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 fl oz lemon juice
- 2/3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 sprig dill
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Directions
- Peel, seed and grate the cucumbers.
- Mix all ingredients together. Blend in blender until smooth.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Makes about 3 cups.
