  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 fl oz lemon juice
  • 2/3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 sprig dill
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

Directions

  • Peel, seed and grate the cucumbers.
  • Mix all ingredients together. Blend in blender until smooth.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Makes about 3 cups.
