- 14 3/4 oz cream-style corn
- 8 oz corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 15 1/4 oz whole kernel corn
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- In a large bowl, stir together the corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Pour into a greased 9x13" casserole dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and top with cheddar.
- Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Let stand for at least 5 minutes and then serve warm.
