- 1 medium egg
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 packets 100% natural stevia sweetener
- 7 g raw honey
- 5 g sweetened coconut flakes
- 3 medium strawberries
- 1 tbsp regular sour cream
- 1/8 cup white rice flour
- 150 g farmer's cheese 9%
Directions
- Mix cheese, chia, flour, stevia, egg.
- Form slightly flattened circles.
- Fry in a hot nonstick pan on both sides until golden.
- Decorate with strawberries and sprinkle with coconut. Serve with honey and sour cream.
