  • 2 packets 100% natural stevia sweetener
  • 7 g raw honey
  • 5 g sweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 medium strawberries
  • 1 tbsp regular sour cream
  • 1/8 cup white rice flour
  • 150 g farmer's cheese 9%

Directions

  • Mix cheese, chia, flour, stevia, egg.
  • Form slightly flattened circles.
  • Fry in a hot nonstick pan on both sides until golden.
