- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1 1/2 tsps garlic powder
- 1 tsp leaves thyme
- 2 tbsps bay leaf
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups fat free half & half
- 17 oz creamed corn
- 22 oz cream of potato soup (canned, condensed)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 4 oz green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
Directions
- Sauté celery, finely chopped green onion, and finely chopped green pepper in 1/4 stick of butter until soft.
- Combine remaining ingredients, except for the crab meat, and heat to a simmer.
- Add crab meat and heat thoroughly.
- Serve with warm sourdough rolls and hot sauce.
