Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crab flakes
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1/4 large yellow sweet pepper
  • 1/2 cup red onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 jumbo boiled eggs

Directions

  • Flake apart crab.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and all spices together.
  • In a large bowl add crab and all other ingredients. Mix well.
  • Get your favorite low carb crackers and enjoy.
  • Note: may also have as a sandwich or on a salad.
