  • 1 cup blue crab
  • 4 tbsps light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 4 dashes black pepper
  • 4 large whole tomatoes

Directions

  • Combine crab meat (imitation works well with this as well) and light mayonnaise.
  • Add dill and black pepper (use less or more as desired).
  • Hollow out a large (like a Beefsteak) tomato and add mixture to it.
  • Serve on a bed of lettuce.
