- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp basil
- 5 oz cooked crab meat
- 4 tsps minced garlic
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 8 oz tomatoes
- 1/8 tsp pink salt
Directions
- Combine all liquid ingredients and minced garlic in a pot and simmer until fragrant.
- Dice tomatoes and add to boiling water. Stir continually until tomatoes soften.
- Add crab meat and spices and simmer for 8 minutes stirring occasionally and serve.
