  • 1 cup, whole, blanched almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Mix together all the ingredients.
  • Spread into a well-greased pan.
  • Bake for 10-20 minutes, depending on your crunch preference (the longer it bakes, the crunchier it gets).
