Ingredients

  • 12 oz cranberries
  • 1 large orange
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions

  • Slice unpeeled orange into eight pieces; remove any seeds.
  • Place half the cranberries and half the orange slices in food processor container.
  • Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Repeat with remaining cranberries and oranges slices.
  • Stir in sugar to desired sweetness.
  • Allow flavors to meld about 2 hours. Store in refrigerator. Can be frozen.
  • Note: you can make this with sugar substitute, like Splenda lowering the calorie count.
