  • 12 oz cranberries
  • 1 navel orange
  • 4 oz artificial sweetener

Directions

  • Wash cranberries and discard underripe or overripe berries.
  • Chop whole orange, including rind, into small pieces.
  • Mix cranberries and orange. Chop in small batches in blender or food processor.
  • Add sweetener (like Equal) to 1/4 cup (4 oz). Add more to taste if necessary.
  • Refrigerate overnight. Can be frozen.
