  • 1 oz pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups skim milk

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Pour into a sprayed 8x8" baking pan or pie plate.
  • Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes.
  • Optional: Top with fruits.
  • Note: any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and warmed in a microwave.
