Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup corn grits polenta
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 2 oz lite jarlsberg cheese
  • 1 g parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Combine water and polenta and butter in casserole dish
  • Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 40 minutes.
  • Stir in jarlsberg cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
  • Top with parmesan, if desired - it's good without it, too!
