  • 1/3 cup crushed saltines
  • 1 oz reduced fat Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 tbsp pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fat free margarine
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1 cup cream corn
  • 1 cup egg noodles

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except for the crackers and margarine, then poor it into a greased 1-qt. baking dish.
  • Toss cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake uncovered, at 350 °F (175 °C) for 45-50 minutes or until heated though.
