- 12 medium mushrooms
- 2 oz crab meat
- 2 tbsps celery
- 2 tbsps red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp nonfat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
- 1 wedge light Swiss cream cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- Wipe mushrooms clean and pat dry. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray round side down.
- In small dish combine all other ingredients and spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
- Place in oven for 10-12 minutes until hot and bubbly.
