  • 1 slice, thin red onion
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 oz vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fat free mayonnaise

Directions

  • In bowl slice peeled cucumber and red onion.
  • In another bowl mix mayonnaise, water and vinegar.
  • Pour mixture over cucumbers and onions, add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and place in fridge for 3 hours before serving.
