- 5 large egg whites
- 32 g fat free mayonnaise (2 tbsp)
- 32 g dijon mustard (2 tbsp)
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash back pepper
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
Directions
- Hard boil the eggs. Discard yolks.
- Mash egg whites with a fork into very small pieces.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Enjoy on bread, pitas, crackers, or salads.
