  • 1/2 cup half and half cream, fat free
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Directions

  • Heat cream in a small saucepan until in begins to boil.
  • Add parmesan cheese to cream and continue to stir until it's melted.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Note: this tastes great with my Egg Crepes and Ground Beef Filling.
