- 0.12 cup skim milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/4 cup white flour
- 16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
Directions
- Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
- Dip in flour mixture.
- Dip in beaten egg with milk.
- Roll in cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 425° F (210° C) for 10-12 minutes.
