- 1 cup dry brown rice
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 cubes chicken stock (dry, dehydrated)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup lentils
- 3 1/2 cups fat free low sodium chicken broth
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
- Note: you can use 1 medium onion, diced instead of the onion powder.
