Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 can, 15 oz pizza sauce
  • 14 oz mozzarella cheese, part skim

Directions

  • Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain grease.
  • Mix ground beef in large bowl with 7 oz mozzarella cheese. This will act as the "crust". Mold ground beef mixture onto pizza pan or in bar pan.
  • Add tomato sauce (or pizza sauce), the rest of the mozzarella cheese, and any additional toppings desired.
  • Cook in oven at 425 °F (210 °C) for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Let cool for a couple minutes, serve and enjoy!
