  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 oz feta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp ground savory
  • 1/4 second spray canola oil

Directions

  • Cook the frozen spinach and drain it.
  • Beat the egg and add in all other ingredients.
  • Grease a small ramekin (4.5" to 5.5" wide) and pour ingredients in to it.
  • Cook at 375 °F (190 °C) for 35 minutes.
