- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 1 oz feta cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/4 tsp ground savory
- 1/4 second spray canola oil
Directions
- Cook the frozen spinach and drain it.
- Beat the egg and add in all other ingredients.
- Grease a small ramekin (4.5" to 5.5" wide) and pour ingredients in to it.
- Cook at 375 °F (190 °C) for 35 minutes.
