- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsps cumin
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 tsps leaves oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
- Mash garlic with mortar and pestle or press through garlic press to make into a smooth paste.
- Add cumin, oregano, pepper and lime juice.
- Marinate chicken or turkey breast for several hours.
