  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsps cumin
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 tsps leaves oregano
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

  • Mash garlic with mortar and pestle or press through garlic press to make into a smooth paste.
  • Add cumin, oregano, pepper and lime juice.
  • Marinate chicken or turkey breast for several hours.
