Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups cucumber slices
  • 1/2 slice, thin onion
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 0.12 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Splenda

Directions

  • Place cucumbers and onions in a non-metallic medium bowl.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir well. Pour over cucumbers and onions.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
  • Note: Splenda is optional as well as the vinegar. Have fun and add what you feel would taste best.
