- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsps red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Peel and slice cucumbers. Add to bowl.
- Thinly slice half a large red onion. Add to bowl.
- Drizzle oil and vinegar over mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss and serve.
