Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsps red wine vinegar

Directions

  • Peel cucumbers and slice very thin.
  • Pour a lot of salt over cucumbers and place cucumbers in a bowl with a lid and put in the fridge for an hour.
  • Drain all the water from bowl and squeeze cucumbers with paper towels until most of the water is gone.
  • Add red wine vinegar, sour cream and sprinkle with salt. Mix well.
  • Add chopped onion (purple if available) in and mix.
  • Place back in fridge to chill.
  • Serve and enjoy!
