  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 cucumber

Directions

  • Wash and thinly slice cucumber.
  • Evenly spread cucumber in a container. A long container works best as not as much vinegar is needed to cover the cucumber.
  • Add a dash of black pepper, chill and serve.
  • Note: can also be served immediately and stays good for a week.
