Ingredients

  • 2 tsps curry powder
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup bulgur
  • 1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot

Directions

  • Bring the broth to a boil.
  • Add the bulgur, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stir in peas, carrots, and cabbage (both chopped fine).
  • Cook an additional 3 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
  • Fluff with a fork.
