Ingredients
- 2 tsps curry powder
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup bulgur
- 1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
Directions
- Bring the broth to a boil.
- Add the bulgur, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stir in peas, carrots, and cabbage (both chopped fine).
- Cook an additional 3 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork.
