- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 dash black pepper
- 4 cucumbers (with peel)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 6 tbsps white wine vinegar
Directions
- Dissolve sugar in water then add vinegar. Put in fridge to chill.
- Slice cucumbers on mandolin. Layer in a bowl and add salt. Set aside for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Rinse off cucumbers and strain. Add to vinegar syrup then put a dash of pepper and chill.
