- 1 medium apple without skin
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 oz raisins
- 1/2 packet sweetener
- 2 dark rye crackers
Directions
- Core, peel and slice the apple.
- Stew the apple in half a cup of water and sweetener in the microwave for 4 minutes.
- Remove the apple "stew" from the microwave. Sprinkle with cinnamon and add the crushed dark rye crackers and raisins.
- Serve hot or warm.
