  • 1 medium apple without skin
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 oz raisins
  • 1/2 packet sweetener
  • 2 dark rye crackers

Directions

  • Core, peel and slice the apple.
  • Stew the apple in half a cup of water and sweetener in the microwave for 4 minutes.
  • Remove the apple "stew" from the microwave. Sprinkle with cinnamon and add the crushed dark rye crackers and raisins.
  • Serve hot or warm.
