Ingredients

  • 1/2 head large cabbage, shredded
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 9 tsps or 1 packet brown mustard (3 tbsp)
  • 1 small onion, finely minced
  • 2 tsps white vinegar
  • 1 tsp red pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp crumbled old bay seasoning
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs, finely chopped

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients except for cabbage in a large bowl.
  • Add cabbage to bowl and toss well.
  • Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
