- 4 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breasts
- 1 cup ketchup
- 12 fl oz diet cola
Directions
- Brown chicken in a non-stick skillet.
- Mix ketchup and cola in a bowl, pour over chicken. Bring to boil.
- Cover, reduce heat, and cook for 45 minutes.
- Uncover, turn up heat and continue cooking until the sauce becomes thick and sticks to the chicken.
