  • 1 can diet cola
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 lb chicken breast meat

Directions

  • Mix ketchup and diet cola (like diet Coke) in a medium bowl.
  • Arrange 4 chicken breasts in a large skillet, pour ketchup and cola mixture over the top. Ensure that mixture covers chicken on all sides.
  • Turn burner to medium heat and cook for 30 minutes, covered, stirring and scraping occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Remove lid and cook an additional 10-15 minutes until chicken is done and sauce sticks to chicken.
