  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters
  • 4 fillets boneless skinless chicken breast

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C) and spray baking pan with cooking spray like Pam.
  • Mix egg and mustard in one bowl and parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in another.
  • Dredge chicken breasts in egg wash and the bread crumb mixture and place on pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
