- 4 fillets boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup egg beaters
- 1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C) and spray baking pan with cooking spray like Pam.
- Mix egg and mustard in one bowl and parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in another.
- Dredge chicken breasts in egg wash and the bread crumb mixture and place on pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
