Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp hon dashi
  • 1/2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  • 4 medium scallions, sliced
  • 16 oz tofu

Directions

  • Press tofu under weighted plate to drain for 30 minutes.
  • Mix together gochujang, hon dashi, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic and minced ginger.
  • Slice tofu into bite sized pieces and pour sauce over the top.
  • Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and scallions.
