Ingredients

  • 2 medium pieces grilled chicken
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 lb no yolk egg noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsps black pepper
  • 4 cups water

Directions

  • In a Dutch oven, bring water, broth, chicken, pepper and carrots to a boil.
  • Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and continue cooking carrots until carrots are al dente.
  • Add dry noodles, stir occasionally and cook for 10 more minutes or until desired tenderness.
  • Enjoy.
