- 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 4 oz sweet onion
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 10 little pork sausages
- 10 large eggs
- 1/2 cup 3 pepper cheese
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Oil a 9"x13" casserole pan.
- Blend the eggs, yogurt, hot sauce, onion, salt, and milk. Pour into the casserole pan.
- Sprinkle over the egg mix, 1/2 cup of shredded pepper cheese, 10 chopped pork sausages, and the chopped bell pepper.
- Sprinkle the sharp cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake in the oven for about 1 hour, until the center is firm.
