  • 2 medium apples
  • 1/4 cup whole cranberries
  • 1 1/2 oz pecan nuts
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsps molasses
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups white flour
  • 15 g whole wheat flour
  • 425 g pumpkin puree

Directions

  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Slowly add the wet ingredients.
  • Fold in the nuts, cranberries, and apple slices.
  • Put in a lightly greased bread mold. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour 15 min.
