Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup 100% pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix wet ingredients well (mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, creamy almond butter, virgin coconut oil, and vanilla extract) .
- Slowly add dry ingredients (cocoa powder, coconut flour, salt, and chocolate chips).
- Bake in a parchment paper-lined loaf pan at 350 °F for 25-28 minutes until the knife comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing it from the pan. Cut into 15 squares. Refrigerate.
