Ingredients

  • 1 large yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium red pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 tbsps basil, chopped
  • 2 oz asiago cheese, diced
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 tbsp greek feta & oregano salad dressing
  • 1 medium orange pepper, chopped

Directions

  • Place peppers into a large bowl.
  • Add onion, basil, salt and pepper.
  • Add greek feta and oregano salad dressing. Stir and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
  • To serve, toss salad again and sprinkle with asiago cheese.
  • Note: crumbled feta can be used in place on asiago cheese.
