Ingredients
- 15 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp or 1 packet mustard
- 5 tbsps white wine vinegar
Directions
- Crush and chop garlic. Add to empty jam jar with salt and pepper mustard and vinegar.
- Close the jar and shake to mix the ingredients.
- Add the oil and shake again so it mixes well.
- Pour over salad and enjoy.
