Ingredients

  • 15 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp or 1 packet mustard
  • 5 tbsps white wine vinegar

Directions

  • Crush and chop garlic. Add to empty jam jar with salt and pepper mustard and vinegar.
  • Close the jar and shake to mix the ingredients.
  • Add the oil and shake again so it mixes well.
  • Pour over salad and enjoy.
