- 10 seedless grapes
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/8 cup chopped apples
- 4 english muffins
- 8 oz white and dark chicken
Directions
- Chop apple and seedless grapes.
- Add chopped apple, grapes and all other ingredients in a bowl and combine.
- Open English muffins and top 4 halves with chicken salad and cover with other English muffin half.
