Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 head small cauliflower
  • 8 oz carrots
  • 2 cups condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 6 tbsp french fried onions
  • 1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise

Directions

  • Steam vegetables until al dente.
  • Add mushroom soup, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese and pepper together.
  • Mix with vegetables in casserole dish.
  • Sprinkles with mozzarella and then french fried onions.
  • Bake until golden brown on 350 °F (175 °C).
