Delicious hearty casserole with plenty of veggies and cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 head small cauliflower
- 8 oz carrots
- 2 cups condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 tbsp french fried onions
- 1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise
Directions
- Steam vegetables until al dente.
- Add mushroom soup, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese and pepper together.
- Mix with vegetables in casserole dish.
- Sprinkles with mozzarella and then french fried onions.
- Bake until golden brown on 350 °F (175 °C).
